These rules apply to any person who commission me.

⁝ GENERAL

⋆ You're allowed to repost the artwork made for you with proper credit given.
⋆ Do not take huge inspiration / reference / trace / copy / steal / remove watermark from my work.
⋆ I will not tolerate my work being used in anything related to AI generated images or NFT.
⋆ Redistribution is prohibited if you don't have a monetised use license.

⁝ RIGHTS

⋆ I retain the rights of the artwork.
⋆ I may display the in-progress and finished work on my social media. Feel free to request a delay in the posting.

⁝ PROCESS

⋆ Timelapse: From 1 to 6 weeks. Depending on complexity.
⋆ I'll send a sketch for approval. Ask for any changes in this step.
⋆ Feel free to reach me for any update. Don't rush me, please.
⋆ You're going to be charged if you request for a big change when the artwork is finished already. And if it was not my fault.
⋆ "Surprise me" / Skeb like commission won't receive a sketch for approval, but I'll accept minor changes after delivering.

⁝ PAYMENT

⋆ The payment is completely upfront. If the amount to pay is very high, we can opt for a two-part payment arrangement.
⋆ Payments are in USD through PayPal or VGen.

⁝ RESELLING

⋆ You can only resell my work as a digital product, at a lower price, if you purchase a monetised use license.
⋆ Without a monetised use license, you can only resell my artworks, at the same or lower price, if you're also selling the character protagonist of the work.
⋆ You can only resell my designs at the same or lower price you get it. I would appreciate if you let me know who the new owner is!

⁝ CANCELLING and REFUNDING

⋆ Please make sure you can afford the service.
⋆ Cancelling requests are allowed if the payment has not been sent yet.
⋆ Two-part payment can be refunded only if the second part has not been sent yet.
⋆ Otherwise, I don't do refunds. Only if I'm unable to complete the commission.

⁝ COMMERCIAL USE

⋆ My work is only for PERSONAL USE.
⋆ To profit with my work, you need to purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.
⋆ When using a COMMERCIAL LICENSE you must credit me somewhere.PERSONAL USE: For private enjoyment or personal projects that are not shown or distributed to the public for profit. ( showing it on stream or videos is okay )MONETISED CONTENT: If you want to sell the digital product for personal use. Redistribution or commercial use of the sold product is prohibited.COMMERCIAL USE: To create products for sale or to obtain direct financial benefit from it. ( ex: merchandise, content in video games, etc )
